The following is the Policy of Terms and Conditions of Distance Courses of UNIVERSA International Holistic Center, hereinafter -UNIVERSA-.
1. General information about the Terms of Service.
1.1.UNIVERSA LLC 530-B Harkle Road STE 100, Santa Fe, NM 87505. Owns and operates the site www.universainfinity.com. We offer you the ability to learn and purchase our services online through the features of the site, as well as offline through downloads available on the site. The Service for students includes access to the platform which is managed by the Company; for the services of our professionals.
2. Permission to use the Service, reservation of rights.
2.1. By accepting these Terms of Service, you are granted a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and nonsublicensable right to enter, access, and use the Service solely for personal, noncommercial use.
2.2. All contents of this Website, including text, software, names, logos, trademarks, registered trademarks, trade names, images, photographs, drawings, music and videos are the intellectual property of the company.

2.4. The rights to use everything you download, any software, including all its files, the images incorporated or generated by said software, as well as all the data it includes, are assigned to you by this Website, or by the owners thereof. . for your personal use, not for commercial purposes.
3. Description of the Service.
3.1. Your Account and Registration Information. You can browse, preview, and search the Service without opening a UNIVERSA Account or providing registration information. However, for any other use of the Service and access to UNIVERSA content, you must open an account and provide registration information to the Company.
3.2. Access to UNIVERSA Content. You can access the content of the platform as many times as you wish as long as you have subscribed to the Service and are not in breach of the rules as a regular student.
3.3. Additional Software and Hardware Terms. Please note that there may be separate end user license agreements and terms of service that you must accept for the hardware and software you use in connection with the Service, or that may interact with the Service. Your refusal to accept the terms of such agreements would limit your ability to fully use the Service. Furthermore, the service only works with compatible devices.
4. UNIVERSA Academic Policies.
4.1. Any student who is actively enrolled in any of the instances of study (with up-to-date monthly payments) will be considered a Regular Student.
4.2. Course Format. Distance training is divided into monthly classes: one class per week from one hour and thirty to two hours and fifteen minutes; Live online classes by zoom platform provided by UNIVERSA. For intensive classes they will last from 2 to 4 hours in the same day. With reference to the schedules of each country, it must and will be the responsibility of each one of the students to be attentive to the changes of schedules in their respective countries.
4.3. Certification. Once the training or intensive course is finished, the student will receive their original certificate, with their USE (Unique Student Registration) number and with their corresponding security QR Code; once you have completed the payment of the training in full and your certificate when required.
4.3.1. After 2 months from the completion of the training or intensive course, the student must pay an additional fee for late payment, delay and damage in the administrative process in the preparation of the certificate.
4.3.2. After 1 year from the end of the training or intensive course, the student must retake the training with the costs of the moment he requests reinstatement in order to obtain the original UNIVERSA certificate.
4.4. Assists. It is the full responsibility and conscience of the student to actively participate in live online classes. Likewise, it is subject to the teacher’s criteria to evaluate each student with a virtual exam, both oral and written, as well as live practices.
Those students who have not complied with the promotional plan and monthly compliance with their quotas to remain as regular students will remain at the disposal of the Administration.
4.5. In the event that the student does not complete the training in its entirety, she may raise her particular case with the UNIVERSA management. Remaining at management criteria, if the student will be able to resume classes in a subsequent formation.
4.6. The training will be canceled, leaving the same as a UNIVERSA student; once this situation is reached
